Description
I started my journey as a Gallup Strengths Coach. I quickly realized that I wanted more tools to help people heal and find joy in their lives. This led to becoming a Marriage and Family therapist. I will walk alongside you as you learn how to live fully using the things you are naturally good at and provide tools to help you learn how to accept and overcome the past. I see patients ages 7+.
