As a physician my role is as an advisor during the patient care process. I can offer the best care for the patient if we work as a team to determine the goals of each visit, and discuss options of management in line with the patient's goals. My aim is to help each patient understand the medical aspects of their situation and devise a treatment plan that makes sense for the patient and their family.
