My renters called me a day before I was headed out of town to let me know the toilet overflowed upstairs and there was extensive water damage. I called my insurance compnay to open a claim and although PuroCLean is an Allstate approved vendor, my agent recommended someone else. My renter had initially called Domienick and he was willing to come over within a couple hours of the initial phone call. When I arrived on scene and saw the water dripping through the ceiling I knew we needed to act fast. The other company recommended by my agent could not come out for a couple days. Domienick and his crew started immediately! I was able to go out of town knowing I was in good hands. Domienick was very good about keeping me informed of the process and very patient with my tenants. I was very pleased with the way this bad, unexpected situation was resolved. Domienick and his crew did an outstanding job and mad sure it was completed to my and my tenant's satisfaction. For that, I am very grateful! In this stressful situation, I was very calm and Domienick did an excellent job of communicating next steps and explaining the process to both me and my tenant. He made the whole process so much easier and helped me put my mind att ease. Thank all you guys!!!! Even my adjuster commented, "Wow, I have never seen a drywall guy reinstalling the drywall before I have arrived to access the situation." I have made sure Allstate is aware of what a great job PuroClean did so they will recommend to other clients. I am forever grateful for your assistance! I can't thank you enough.

Dominic was my knight in shining armor!
Dominic was my knight in shining armor! We had plumbing that failed in a wall near our hot water heater. We had black mold everywhere in our storage room and adjoining bathroom, and our hot water heater shorted out when the ceiling caved in. I called Puroclean to come out and give me an estimate. Dominic arrived on time, explained the restoration process to me and provided me with an initial estimate. Within a few hours his team arrived in hazmat suits and proceeded to remove all of my damaged belongings from the storage room. They set me up with gloves and a mask, and one by one, respectfully brought each item to me for my inspection. I chose what stayed (which was not much) and what went. That storage room was full! By the end of the day the room was gutted and restoration had begun. The crew gutted the rooms to the studs, decontaminated the area and returned my storage room to beautiful condition. We still have some work remaining in the bathroom because of issues with our property manager, but I know Dominic and his crew will finish our project with the same professionalism, integrity and respect they have shown thus far. When I first met Dominic, I was distraught over the state of my home, Dominic said it was the worst mess he had ever seen and promptly considered our problem an emergency. When we met Dominic, we had been without water for several days and were completely overwhelmed. Dominic and his crew took such good care of us. I can't say enough about PuroClean. On time, on budget, professional and respectful. Thank you!

I am a Facilities Manager for a very large condominium building in Downtown Seattle. I work with many vendors and PuroClean is by far the best. They have world class customer service and a very professinal staff. I have personally worked with PuroClean on small dryout jobs to large demolition jobs in our building. No matter the size of the job I have always recieved the same results. The contractors they use for restoration are very hard working and understanding of the rules in our building. Its very hard to find a consistant vendor. They arrive quickly and get right to work and in no time Dominic will have come to me with a game plan and the estimate of time needed for the job. PuroClean has never surprised me with bogus charges. They are very up front from the get go. The detailed billing is great for me to understand charges, cost and ready to submit to the insurance company . If you are looking for great service from when you call in your emergency to the time everything is back to normal. Call PuroClean you will not be dissapointed.

Highly recommend them for outstanding service
Yes, we have been there! Recently discovered a leaking Hot water tank in my 95 y/o Mother's home, in a back bedroom. The damage was severe with noxious mold growing all over the walls in a closet and into the subflooring. I searched online for a company that could help consult and guide us as to how to go about cleaning that mess up.I didn't make a mistake in contacting Puroclean as they really are the "Paramediacs of Disaster"!! They came in, assessed the damage, told us what we needed to do, which was to completely gut that bathroom and closet area to start reconstruction. "Dom" Domienick Palieri was a gem to work with throughout the entire process and he took care of us in every way professionally and with great compassion for the situation my Sister and I were in, to help our Elderly Mom. Thanks Puroclean, Dom, your entire crew were the best to work with!! Highly recommend them for outstanding service, prompt and precise workmanship, with a smile.

You will be so so so happy that you did.
I had a toilet overflow and flood my entire bedroom, two bathrooms, and my hallway. I initially thought that I could soak up the water and try to clean things up myself but quickly realized I needed professional help. Dom and his crew came out and got right to work. They were so informative, absolutely professional and immaculate. They put my mind at ease as I watched them work, since it was apparent that they were very experienced and knew exactly what to do. I learned that when it comes to water damage, time is of the essence and I am so grateful that they were able to respond to my crisis so quickly. Dom checked in every day and updated me about what would be happening and who would be coming in. His calm efficiency helped to make me so much more relaxed in a time where stress is the norm. I can't recommend this company highly enough and I sincerely hope that if you find yourself in the not-so-fun position of needing a water mitigation company that you call Dom. You will be so so so happy that you did.

We needed mold remediation for a huge house in Marysville. I called PuroClean and spoke with Domienick, he asked a few questions and within a matter of minutes we were meeting at the property to formulate a plan. That is a RARE occurrence for a company to respond that fast. Best Emergency Services Team I have ever worked with. The house passed it's lab work with flying colors and actually looked better than move-in day. Domienick even called me everyday with an update during the various clean-up stages to explain the process. I sincerely appreciate PuroClean and would highly recommend them to you.

Domienick was great. We had a leak at 1030 April 17th, called PuroClean, and he was on site by 1230. He came in prepared to quickly assess the situation, and knew exactly what to do to get us dried out. He took the extra time to explain to us exactly what he needed to do and why. He was fine with our barking dog. He gave us calls 30 minutes prior to his arrival on the days he came on site to monitor and adjust equipment. He came when he said he would and on the days he told us he'd be there which we found helpful. Thanks Domienick!

I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We recently discovered out rental property had been destroyed by the tenants who rented and then abandoned it, leaving mold dirt, water damage and much more. I found PuroClean from a google search, they came out right away and knew exactly what to do. They spent over a week getting the home cleaned and treated, removed all debris, carpet, wood that was affected. Dominic, who was there daily, and his crew were always polite, gave my updates on a daily basis telling me exactly what needed to be done.They did much more that I thought they would or could do. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a major cleanup. I honestly hope I do not need them in the future but if I do I will not call anyone else.

I would definitely recommend PuroClean to anyone.
After beginning the process of re-flooring a downstairs bathroom, due to a toilet leak, we were told we had black mold. I called PuroClean and had a visit within an hour's time. Dominick was very polite, friendly and professional. He kept me informed of what he would be doing, and completed the clean up/treatment in a couple of days and under the original estimate. I would definitely recommend PuroClean to anyone.

The work was completed on time
PuroClean responded to a water leak that affected the bathroom unit below mine and surrounding common areas. Domienick was the project manager. He was forthright, communicative, and responsive, and the crew that did the demolition, drywall, and paint repair work were courteous, tidy, professional, and capable. I expected the experience to be very stressful and unpleasant and to require a lot of oversight on my part. Instead the work was completed on time and to a high standard; I did not have to be on-site to supervise and all affected persons were happy with the result. A neighbor commented that the bathroom looked better after the repair than before. My building has placed PuroClean on our call list for future emergencies because of our favorable experience.

When you need their services.
When you need their services, you're probably not in the calmest frame of mind. Dominick was responsive and quick to get me scheduled. Everything was done exactly as described. (One thing I'll note for anyone who hasn't gone through this before: if you have a preference for or against the use of fragrance in the restoration process, make sure you communicate that up front.)

PuroClean was my rescue
PuroClean was my rescue! It started what I thought was a small incident with my washer. Without PuroClean professional knowledge and advise, my house would had been in trouble down the road (think mold!). They are responsive and professional. There were no surprises and they always let me know what I needed and what they would do. They kept good communication and showed up on time and as promised. They were willing to work with my HOA and got their questions answered so I didn't have to deal with them. As much as water damage is a pain in the you-know-what, PuroClean had made it as easy and stress-free as possible for me.

You won't regret it!!!
I've got nothing but great things to say about this company!!! After an idiot in the 3rd floor apartment thought it was a good idea to run a bleach bath (presumably after watching Breaking Bad), then leave the house for 4 hours, apartment 1 & 2 had a great deal of water damage! PuroClean came in like a boss, removed all the effected flooring, walls and ceilings, placed an army of blowers, heaters, and dehumidifiers to dry out the building and cleaned up after themselves! They kept us informed, let us know when they'll be back with the insurance adjuster, and contractor, and a time line for normality. If your life is ever touched by the bottom 1% of the gene pool, and you need disaster assistance, call this company. You won't regret it!!!
