  • Masami Tanaka

    DVM

    Dr. Tanaka was born in Kobe, Japan. She earned a BA degree from the University of Hawaii at Manoa and a MBA degree from the Chaminade University of Honolulu. She worked as a Marketing Director at an advertisement firm in Hawaii, facilitating companies with an interest in doing business with Japanese. She decied to change her career when she began volunteering at the animal hospital where she had been taking her cat. She received a DVM degree from the Washington State University in 2001. Since then, she has been with the VCA Silver Lake Animal Hospital. Dr. Tanaka loves internal medicine, expecially geriatric medicine and is a strong believer of early disease detection and preventative medicine. She is a compassionate and dedicated doctor and treats every patient as if they were her own. She values long-term relationships with her clients and their pet. Her hobbies are gardening, collecting antique furniture, books, and dolls. She is happily married with a husband of many years with three dogs and four cats, "Misty", "Reagan", "Winston", "Thatcher", "Chiyonofuji", "Chaa", and "Sachi".

  • Lonnie Legg

    DVM

    Dr. Legg completed both his undergraduate and his graduate studies at Texas A & M University. He owned and operated several veterinary hospitals while residing in Texas. While working with several veterinary corporations and serving in an operations role he managed and was responsible for numerous hospitals across the United States and Canada. His hobbies include most outside activities including hiking, snow skiing and biking with his wife, Debra. He and Debra live in the Seattle area and are active in local community affairs.

  • Jana Braun

    DVM

    Dr. Jana Braun originates from Minnesota. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and then began working in the veterinary field as an assistant. After falling in love with veterinary medicine she attended the veterinary school at UW-Madison and earned her DVM degree. Upon her graduation she completed an internship at the Milwaukee Emergency Center for Animals where she treated dogs, cats, and exotic animals. Her medical interests include exotic animal medicine, client education, and pain management. Jana recently moved to the Seattle area with her husband. In her free time she enjoys bicycling, hiking, and cooking. She and her husband share their home with two cats and a guinea pig.
