Although he started in the field of construction through his family's business, working with children was his passion. Home schooled by his parents, as the oldest of ten, he is used to helping in the academics and responsibilities for the children around him. He is both gifted and trained in music, and enjoys involving these abilities in the classroom.</p>

<p><!--block-->Michelle attended Bellevue Community College where she studied Human Resource Management. She has worked for KinderCare for two years. Michelle has been working with special needs children for about six years and is very passionate about making a difference in children's lives. Michelle was recently promoted to a Program Supervisor at the Silverlake KinderCare. Since then, she has been allowed to show her strengths as a manager and a leader by taking on new opportunities and coaching the staff. She is excellent with all the families and takes the extra step with both children and parents to make sure their needs are consistently met.</p>
