She has earned the respect of parents and staff and has been a true resource for families over the years. After her promotion to Center Director she has really been able to support the staff successes and provide excellent customer service to the children and their families. She is a great asset to the team, treasured by families and loved by all she encounters. Janina has over eight years of experience in the child care industry. Prior to her working with KinderCare, she worked for a consulting firm in the Philippines and Indonesia.</p>

Mr. John Ruiz
<p><!--block-->John started with KinderCare working as the cook and co-teacher in the School Age room without much experience working with children professionally. He enjoyed helping out in classes so much that, when given the opportunity to become a teacher in the Prekindergarten room, he jumped at the chance. He enjoyed the role of educator so much that he started the Childhood Development Associates certification as soon as it was offered. Once accredited by the Child Development Associate council, he was given the promotion to Assistant School Director. In the three years he has been here he has become an invaluable part of the team. </p>

<p><!--block-->Ms. Magie has been with Kindercare for more nine years. She teaches Transitional kindergarten teacher and loves every moment of it! She is passionate about teaching her class knowing that she is helping them prepare for kindergarten. She believes that the simple things she teaches her transitional kindergarten class, like writing their name, cutting reading, etc., will be with them for the rest of their lives.</p>
