I became a therapist to help people feel understood and supported in their healing. I care for patients with depression, anxiety, trauma, and life changes. My trauma informed, mindfulness based, and collaborative approach builds skills that support daily life. When I'm not working, I recharge by creating art, gaming, and getting outside. I also enjoy time with my two dogs - Marshawn, my pitbull, and Mae, my energetic cattle dog.
